Our Guidelines

Purpose: The Universal ID is created purely to raise human awareness and remind us that we are one species sharing one planet.Not a Legal Document: It does not replace national IDs, passports, or official government verification services.Voluntary & Universal: It is a parallel ID available to any human being worldwide by their own choice.Data Collected: We only collect your name, email, address, and photo to process your card.Fees & Donations: Shipping is paid by the volunteer, with an optional donation to support the movement. All transactions are handled securely via Stripe.Non-Refundable: All shipping fees and donations are strictly non-refundable.Delivery & Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours of order confirmation.General Support: Email us at [email protected] for any inquiries regarding your ID.Media & Partnerships: Email us at [email protected] for collaborations, sponsorships, or media requests.

Data Protection

Data Usage: Your name, email, address, and photo are collected strictly to create and fulfill your physical Universal ID card.Secure Storage: All user data is safely stored in our database hosted on Google Cloud Storage.Data Deletion: You can request the permanent removal of your data from our servers at any time via [email protected]Privacy & Security: Your personal information is never sold to third parties or displayed to the general public.Legal Compliance: Data will only be disclosed if explicitly required by official government agencies or a court order.Cookies: We may use cookies in the future to improve and optimize your experience on our website.Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely via the Stripe payment gateway.Payment Security: The Human Code does not store, access, or hold responsibility for your credit card or financial details on our servers.
